      Refund and Cancellation Policy

      (રિફંડ અને કેન્સલેશન પોલિસી)

      JVTII India (Journalism Vocational Training Institute of India) માં આપનું સ્વાગત છે. અમારી સંસ્થા દ્વારા ઓફર કરવામાં આવતી શૈક્ષણિક સેવાઓ (Courses) અને પ્રોફેશનલ કન્સલ્ટન્સી સેવાઓ માટે અમે નીચે મુજબની રિફંડ પોલિસી અનુસરીએ છીએ. કોઈપણ પ્રકારનું પેમેન્ટ કરતા પહેલા કૃપા કરીને આ શરતો ધ્યાનથી વાંચી લેવી.

      1. General Policy (સામાન્ય નિયમ)

      • JVTII India ને ચૂકવવામાં આવેલી કોઈપણ પ્રકારની ફી (જેમ કે એડમિશન ફી, ટ્યુશન ફી, રજીસ્ટ્રેશન ફી, કન્સલ્ટન્સી ચાર્જ વગેરે) સામાન્ય સંજોગોમાં પરત મળવાપાત્ર નથી (Non-Refundable).
      • એકવાર ફી ભર્યા પછી, તે કોઈપણ સંજોગોમાં અન્ય વ્યક્તિના નામે ટ્રાન્સફર (Transfer) કે અન્ય કોર્સમાં એડજસ્ટ (Adjust) કરી શકાશે નહીં.

      2. For Consultancy & Registration Services (કન્સલ્ટન્સી સેવાઓ માટે)

      અમે મીડિયા રજીસ્ટ્રેશન (RNI, Digital Media, NGO) અને અન્ય લાયસન્સિંગ માટે કન્સલ્ટન્સી પૂરી પાડીએ છીએ.

      • Professional Fees: ગ્રાહક દ્વારા ચૂકવવામાં આવતી ફી એ અમારી પ્રોફેશનલ સલાહ, સમય અને ડોક્યુમેન્ટ પ્રક્રિયા માટે છે (Service Charge).
      • No Refund After Process Begins: એકવાર તમે ફી ચૂકવી દો અને અમારી ટીમ તમારું કામ (જેમ કે ફોર્મ ભરવું, ડોક્યુમેન્ટ ચેક કરવા કે ગાઈડન્સ આપવું) શરૂ કરી દે, ત્યારબાદ કોઈપણ સંજોગોમાં ફી પરત કરવામાં આવશે નહીં.
      • Government Rejection: જો સરકારના નિયમોને કારણે અથવા તમારા દસ્તાવેજોમાં ખામીને કારણે તમારી અરજી નામંજૂર (Reject) થાય, તો તે માટે સંસ્થા જવાબદાર રહેશે નહીં અને ફી રિફંડ થશે નહીં.
      • Change of Mind: જો ક્લાયન્ટ પાછળથી પ્રક્રિયા અટકાવવા માંગે કે તેમને હવે રજીસ્ટ્રેશનની જરૂર નથી તેમ જણાવે, તો પણ પ્રોસેસિંગ ફી પરત મળશે નહીં.

      3. For Educational Courses (શૈક્ષણિક કોર્સ માટે)

      • વિદ્યાર્થીએ એડમિશન સમયે ભરેલી રજીસ્ટ્રેશન ફી અને ટ્યુશન ફી પરત મળવાપાત્ર નથી.
      • જો વિદ્યાર્થી કોર્સની વચ્ચેથી ભણવાનું છોડી દે છે, તો તેણે ભરેલી ફી જપ્ત થશે અને બાકીની ફી ભરવા માટે તે જવાબદાર રહેશે.

      4. Double Payment / Technical Error (ભૂલથી થયેલ પેમેન્ટ)

      • જો ટેકનિકલ ખામીને કારણે તમારા ખાતામાંથી બે વાર (Duplicate Transaction) રકમ કપાઈ ગઈ હોય, તો વધારાની રકમ ૭ થી ૧૦ કામકાજના દિવસોમાં પરત (Refund) કરવામાં આવશે.
      • આ માટે તમારે પેમેન્ટનો સ્ક્રીનશોટ અને વિગત jvtiiindia@gmail.com પર મોકલવાની રહેશે.

      5. Third-Party Payments (અન્ય પક્ષની ફી)

      • અમે ક્લાયન્ટ વતી સરકારમાં ભરેલી ફી (Government Challan), સ્ટેમ્પ ડ્યુટી અથવા થર્ડ-પાર્ટી ચાર્જીસ પરત કરવા માટે જવાબદાર નથી. આ રકમ સીધી સરકારમાં જમા થતી હોવાથી તેનું રિફંડ શક્ય નથી.

      6. Policy Changes (નીતિમાં ફેરફાર)

      • JVTII India આ પોલિસીમાં કોઈપણ સમયે ફેરફાર કરવાનો અધિકાર સુરક્ષિત રાખે છે. કોઈપણ વિવાદના કિસ્સામાં સુરત (ગુજરાત) નું ન્યાયિક અધિકારક્ષેત્ર (Jurisdiction) માન્ય રહેશે.
